Supreme Court Study Constitutional Court Decision

supreme courtAttorney General admitted to not want to be careless attitude of the Constitutional Court ruling that Hendarman Supandji depose from the office of Attorney General. But the Attorney General would study the decision.

"Do not be directly interpreted. Reading dululah that decision," said Babul Khoir Kapuspenkum the Attorney General's Office, Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin, South of Jakarta, Wednesday (09/22/2010).

Babul said, when studying the Supreme Court's decision was not an easy case. "Doctor just studying hard," he said.

Concerning the possibility of going merivisi Law Attorney, Babul not want to be careless answer. According to him, revisions will be made after it reviewed the decision of the Constitutional Court.

"We first learned later what the verdict, a new can see where that should be revised, where an article should be revised. Dululah Later on, it's just been decided upon later. Let's see the President, we revert to the President," he said.
